The following geographic information (VCMap) is provided as a public service by the Vulcan County on the following terms: |

In consideration for the Vulcan County granting access to VCMap, the person (the ‘User’) accessing VCMap agrees to and accepts these Terms of Use. |
| 2. |
|
VCMap is supplied on an ‘as is, where is’ basis. Vulcan County assumes no obligation or liability for the use of VCMap by any person and makes no representations or promises regarding the completeness or accuracy of VCMap or its fitness for a particular purpose. VCMap represents a one-time capture of information as it exists at the time the information is transferred to VCMap and does not necessarily include the ongoing updates or corrections to the source databases maintained by the City or other agencies. |

The User will use VCMap only for the User’s own internal business and personal purposes and may not Re-sell, sublicense, or operate a service bureau using VCMap, or Otherwise reproduce, publish or disseminate VCMap for commercial purposes, without the prior written consent of the County. |

All right, title and interest (including all copyright, patent, and other intellectual property rights) in VCMap remain vested in the County at all times. The County’s notices included with VCMap must remain intact at all times. |
| 5. |
|
The User now indemnifies the Countyand its officials, employees and agents from and against all loses, claims, demands, actions, payments, expenses, costs, suits, and damages (including any damages that are direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential), whether or not caused by the negligence of the County, or its officials, employees or agents, which are incurred by the County and would not or could not have been incurred but for the User’s use of VCMap or the User’s breach of these Terms of Use. |

Where a conflict between the information on VCMap and information contained in any other records of the County or documents that may be prepared by or delivered to the County, the County reserves the right to rely in all cases upon the record which it considers to be the most accurate and complete. |

Availability of VCMap is not guaranteed. Computer applications, servers and network connections may be unavailable at anytime for maintenance or unscheduled outages. Outages may be of long durations. Do not depend on this service for critical needs. |
| 9. |
|
Failure of the User to comply with these Terms of Use will result in the automatic termination of the User’s rights to access VCMap. |
